Location is excellent, on the river right in the middle of town with easy access to the river ferry and main features of town are in walking distance. The rooms are nice and clean without being exceptional. The bathroom and the view are the best feature.
The pool however is pathetic for a hotel this size. The room service, bar and breakfast are nothing short of extortionate. My biggest complaint however was with the customer service. The staff are without a doubt polite but you are left in no doubt that your cash is what matters to them.
Be aware that most rooms despite being up to $500 a night do not include breakfast. This is another $30 per person on top. They don't mention this until check in.

- Restaurant Tip : The coffee club around the corner at eagle pier wharf does great coffee and breakfast for a third of the price of the plaza buffet.
