Spacious rooms, very nice furniture, and very good room service.

Carpet was dirty, very slow reception, and very bad restaurants.

When we arrived at the hotel, the valet parking was a breeze, the reception check in was a pain, as they gave a non-working card, and they had to confirm many things from my travel agent although it was in front of them. The room was spacious, with nice furniture, but the carpet and curtains were dirty. The people at the reception will take a very long time in answering your queries, and they won't comeback to you. The restaurants are expensive, yet with very crappy food, stay away from them. The shops were a joke.

Restaurant Tip : Go for restaurants at the other hotels.

Staff, setting, physical surroundings, pools, free boats, aqua jogging, library, volley ball net, live music in lobby.

Algae bloom prevented swimming in sea, and had an unpleasant odour. Carpet in room needs cleaning. A hot spa pool/jacuizzi would be good... Ordered on agoda web site an extra bed, but it was not ready. In fact I had also ordered twin beds, but we were given a room with a double bed, so we had to change rooms.

Had a really relaxing stay- enjoyed ourselves immensely. Lovely staff. Well organised. Would return for another stay. Room overlooked the pool and beach. Breakfast was superb. Evening meals were well presented. Water in the rooms was very expensive.
