Poor staff, bad reception area, dirty rooms, bad value

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I cannot find a single good thing to say about it except it's central location. We stayed in the hotel on the recommendation of another person we did not know. This place should be closed down even by Lebanese standards.

The Royal garden Hotel is in the center of the city. You can easily reach the place wherever you want in the center on foot. You can visit historical places easily and have leisure in good restaurants/bars in the vicinity of the hotel. The service is very good and fast. The hotel is very clean and safe for a family stay. The staff is very helpful and very kind. The price is very good for a four star hotel.

The hotel management should operate the swimming pool for guests in every season. When I stayed at the hotel it was closed.

Restaurant Tip : Also shopping, night life and tourist tip.
