I have made correct decision choosing agoda website to book hotel in Helsinki- Holiday Inn Helsinki City Centre. Besides the user friendly website, I am happy with the good room rate. I enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn City Center Helsinki.
Centrally located in the heart of the city, easy access to the public transportations (taxy, bus, tram, train).

The Holiday Inn is literally at city centre -- it is right next to central railway station. We were a bit worried if the central location might mean noisy nights, but the sound insulation seemed decent. The hotel itself is rather new, one of the glass-steel buildings that are an all too common sight in Helsinki these days. The rooms were nice and clean. Wired Internet was included. The reception staff was polite although a bit impersonal. We asked if we could get our room early and the answer was "no" without even checking. Only when we told that we had called and checked a few minutes ago did the receptionist actually check that there indeed was a room for us.
We did not try the breakfast buffet -- it wasn't included in the standard price, and at a whopping 18 euros / person, we thought we'd rather spend our money at some cosier place.
I would recommend this place if you need just a place to spend a night, but for longer stays I'd choose a place with a nicer atmosphere.

This hotel is located in best position in Helsinki. We can take the train and bus easily. The train station is next to this hotel. The bus stop of Finnair bus ain in front of this hotel. So we could use the trains and buses many times in our staying in Finland. The staffs of this hotel are very kind. I was pleased to take the sauna in this hotel. The sauna room is very clean and confortable. I could get rid of my tiredness.
