I had lost money and credit card on the first day on my trip and was afraid of the problems during check-in because the Hotel Voucher clearly stated that I should produce the same card. I seeked Agoda's assistance via the Live chat and was assured that everything should be okay. And indeed there were no problems! The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was very convenient that I had payed in advance.
Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, interesting and helpful tourist info in the lobby and internet available.
Long distance from the city center.
