We really enjoyed our hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful, and gave us an upgrade to a Suite upon checking in, without us even asking. Rooms have computers in them, and even a flat screen TV. Highly recommend!
Great staff, very clean, modern hotel.

We got a free upgrade to a suite, probably because we were alone in the hotel at this moment. The hotel also allowed us to check out 2 hours later free of charge. The staff was very attentive. They did not speak nor understand English well at all times. However after some more efforts this could be overcome. The hotel is a bit on the outskirts but Hue is not a too big city, almost everything is within a half of an hour of walking. Besides taxis are cheap and abundant. Due to bad communication skills we had to order Hue tours and our bus ticket at another hotel.
Good clean rooms.
Staff willing to help.
No restaurant.
Poor English.
Out of the city center.

We emailed the hotel so they arranged a rail station pickup by a taxi. On arrival to the hotel we got a free room upgrade and a welcome drink. Breakfast consisted of various types of eggs with a bagette or you could order a national Vietnamese breakfast, Hue-type - a noodle beaf soup which I did. We were alone or almost alone in the hotel late September 2008. There was was a big plasma JVC TV set, there was also a desktop computer in the room connected to the Internet. Bathroom was huge. We liked it very much there at the Victory hotel, Hue. Otherwise for the morning the hotel does not have a restaurant.
Good, clean hotel, staff willing to help.
A bit out of the center, but taxis are cheap.
