To finish our trip in vietnam we have choose the phuoc an river hotel, wonderfull hotel near the river and the beach, lot of free service like bike free internet swimming pool free shuttle to hoi an city,this is a place to stay few days !!

Over all it is a nice hotel and location not bad.
Be aware that there is a road between the hotel and the river which is rather noisy. The rice paddy rooms face the back of the hotel away from the road but also over looking a grave yard to one side. The beds are very hard but this seems normal throughout Vietnam.Considering what you pay to stay here I feel it was worth it, if you can over look a few little hickups
The location is good. In between the main city area and the beach and across the road from a small river. Actually didn't know there was a road between the hotel and the river when I first looked into booking the hotel.The hotel has good views from the top floor (restaurant area)
The staff struggle to speak english. Front desk staff are not very friendly, and you need to double check your account when checking out. Myself and a friend who checked out a few days after us experienced the same problem. Although we had already paid via Agoda for our accommodation they tried to put the room charge on the bill again. It took another half an hour to sort this out.
- Travel tip : There are two little restaurants across the road on the river which have a nice setting and good prices. You can also get your clothes washed and ironed next door or thru the hotel which they have matached the shops rates next door. I forget the price but it was very cheap. Make sure you visit the lantern area (street) in the main town one evening it is just beautiful

This hotel is great. Situated on the banks od the Phuoc An River, it is an ideal base for any first timers to Hoi An. The views from the rooftop bar and restaurant are amazing. The Hotel is sitated around 4kms from the town centre and 2kms from the beach, however free bicycles can be hired, which are a must for getting around and seeing the beauty of this area of Vietnam. There is also a free shuttle but to the town centre in the evenings. There is a nice pool area, but very small. The rooms are well sized and very clean. Overall, a great hotel for the price.

- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Hire the bikes free from the hotel and explore off the beaten track. A must to get a flavour of real Vietnam.
