Despite poor weather (we stayed for 5 nights in November 2008), we had a pleasant stay in the Pho Hoi Riverside. Spacious room and a pretty comprehensive breakfast. The pool area is pleasant although small and there were few sun loungers which didn't cause a problem due to the weather anyway. The Hotel is only 5 minutes walk over the bridge into the town centre. It is situated in a quiet location. Staff friendly and helpful. Free Internet use in reception useful too.
Quiet location in close proximity to the main town on the other side of the bridge. Only a 5 minute walk.
We stayed in a Deluxe double/Twin room and had 2 double beds in what was a very large room.
Nice pool area although small.
Limited sun loungers by the pool side.

A great hotel situated on the river in central Hoi An and within minutes of the tailors, shops, market and restaurants.
We stayed in the Japanese Rooms which were very spacious and very modern. Our room was next to the pool which had pros (handy) and cons (noise) but, as it turned out, we were unable to hear any noise at all from the people using the pool.
We recommend the hotel restaurant where we enjoyed a full buffet breakfast everyday and one wonderful evening meal during our stay. We also made use of the hotel tour operator who provided us with a three hour river boat cruise which took us to two local villages where we were able to view local life.
Location. The hotel is central to Hoi An and situated on the river surrounded by great restaurants and heaps of shops.

- Restaurant Tip : Restaurant 96 in Hoi An has great locality, food and ambiance. The food and drink were cheap and the staff were great. Don't be afraid of the peeling walls and rustic look - it's a terrific restaurant. Don't forget to wear shorts and thongs because the river often overflows onto the roadway and pavement and you sometimes have to paddle there or/and back.

Very well located just opposite of the old Hoi An village. Just cross the bridge and you are next to the market. Good cozy bungalow rooms, though not big. Nice view to the river. Free internet. The dining facilities are spacious enough with all around good food. The staff is friendly. A nice touch that came in handy was the umbrella available in every room.
Good location, cozy bungalows.
The security of the hotel seems somewhat lacking.
