On our first visit the room we were given (we paid for Deluxe Room) was very small and bathroom very small. Some fittings etc were very worn. We were assured the room was a deluxe but I doubt it. The front staff was helpful but appeared to lack knowledge of the hotel etc. Some had very limited English language. The 2nd visit was in a much better room, larger and better quality fittings etc.
Central location
Some rooms need refurburbising. The choice and quality of the breakfast was rather poor by comparison with other hotels.

We found the rooms very small. The hot water stopped working after our first shower, and after 2 complaints and 3 hours later I went to the front desk and asked for the manager. I was told to sit and wait. After 20 minutes I went looking for her and by chance found her. She suggested I had too big a bath! We only showered! The front desk staff did not tell the truth. The bathrooms are not fitted with decent shower heads and the basin has no room to put anything. The breakfast is very ordinary. I would not recommend this hotel and would definitely not stay there again. I feel that we did not get our money's worth for a Deluxe room. On departure they tried to get us to use their car. We asked for a meter taxi, knowing the price. Both our driver and our friends driver went to the front desk and got a bribe and we therefore were bluntly refused by the driver to put his meter on. Not good for the customer.

Poor front desk staff, very small rooms even though we paid for a Deluxe, very ordinary breakfast. Bathrooms with hopeless shower, no room on basin and we had no hot water for 2 days but were told by the manager we had too long a bath - we don't use baths in hotels and did not have long showers.
- Restaurant Tip : Nice restaurant: turn right out the front door and walk to the first restaurant..very good.

Poor front desk service, average breakfast, very small rooms, staff wont get a normal taxi to airport but we had to wait for their choice whose drivers went and got a payment from the desk - this means we are ripped off.
Bathrooms are not good with poor shower heads and a basin with no room to put anything. Some rooms look into the central stairwell. Breakfast was not worth the money and the choice was limited and not really an appealing standard.
Position is close to the secondary lake
