The building was beautiful, the room was not as beautiful as the photos but spacious and comfortable. It had a lovely pool and it was located in the quiet side of Lamai beach. It is suitable for couples who want to have quiet time. The restaurant had no atmosphere (a bit like a school canteen) so no guests ate there apart from the inclusive breakfast. The breakfast was nothing special. You could walk on the beach to go to other hotels and restaurants so this was not really a problem. The staff were friendly but only a couple of them spoke OK English.
Traditional Thai style buildings were beautiful and the garden was very well maintained and beautiful. The location was on the quiet side of Lamai beach and good for swimming and snorkelling.
Most staff did not speak English and not very professional (although they were very friendly). The restaurant did not have any atmosphere and guests never ate there apart from the inclusive breakfast, which was nothing special. The cleaning standard was not so good.
- Restaurant Tip : Sunrise Bungalow (a budget place) next door served excellent Thai home cooking so highly recommend. It's not a beautiful proper restaurant but can taste authentic Thai food.
