The hotel will be constructing a new Grand Deluxe building from April 1 until December 15, 2008 and work will take place daily from 9 am to 5 pm. The construction site is at the edge of the property and some accommodates may be affected by the construction.

The Fair House Beach Resort has been affected by the construction from neighboring land (Imperial Hotel), taking place behind the hotel, close to Standard Bungalow Zone. The Imperial Hotel is expected to complete construction work in mid-2009.
The bungalows at the resort will be under renovation from October 1 until December 20, 2008.
