I stayed 5 nights in the hotel which was long enough to experience the hotel
positive points : nice rooms, very good breakfast, staff very helpful, good location.
The hotel really has a top location beach right in front of it. A few steps from the hotel there is a nice area with some restaurants and bars where you can spend some time if you do not want to stay in the hotel.
Nice rooms.

Chaweng is very dirty.

cannot in all honesty reccommend this resort .the cleaning of rooms was very hit and miss had to ask nearly everyday for the complimentary bottles of drinking water and sorry to say the staff attitude was one that would not be usually expected from a Thai hotel , and lastly there were dogs everywhere even in the restaurant , notice stating that dogs are not allowed did not know dogs could read !!!

I liked this room so much, the restaurant and the beach are in front of the swimming pool.
I think the spa is not really fine.
