When we arrived we were captured by the view of the bay. The hotel is on a little hill that face the sea, between Chaweng and Lamai. Perfect if you rent a motorbike, otherwise they provide a complimentary bus for the beach in Lamai. Rooms are cleaned even if the bathroom is not big. Every room has a big terrace. Receptionist are kind and friendly.

Location is far from downtown and no special transportation after 5pm to downtown area.
Therefore I request to them to operate Lamai/Chaueng area 1 bus per hour after 6 to 9pm.Also no taxi service consolidate customer to airport only charter buses.
I'm suprised to stay Best western samui bayview due to big rooms, good facility and hospitality.
Not included pool and lobby due to rainy season,However staff are very friendly.
Some of staff only understand simple english.
Mostly customer are foreigners, hope to understand english.Reception is ok.

The big problem in Samui is the extortionate rates that local taxi/motorcycle drivers charge. There is obviously some kind of price-fixing going on. Despite having previously arranged hotel transport, the hotel's minibus failed twice to pick me up in Chawneg town, even after I telephoned to re-confirm my location.
- Hotel Feature Tip : Don't miss the classic cars just outside the main entrance.
