Staff very friendly and understand customers needs....that very important, service in house keeping and maintenance is always excellent. Big rooms and always clean...not a 5 star hotel but the service is like 5 star treatment..always there when we need or inquire something...simple hotel and clean. Breakfast is good not excellent...mixture of western and local foods...near patong street and along the beach...a lot goodies and sourvenir, good restaurants good food as well and so many pubs and night clubs....cheap beverage....
Welcome drinks is not provided...i've been to other hotel near Patong and Karon beach hotels and most of the hotels provide this service...in house pub is small and very boring...should be more competitive with oposite pubs...live band should improve with more solo guitar or quarlet band...i believe can attract more people and business
A little bit small hotel at the corner of Patong street if to compare from the photos given. But overall it is a beautiful hotel, very clean, service and staff are excellent and friendly, room is big but bathroom little bit small and clean, safe deposit box provided. Some of the rooms without any view..so make sure when you book please specific a room with sea view or mountain. Its cheap hotel but service treatment is always excellent better than 5 star hotel. So for those who wish to travel to Phuket i would recommend to stay this hotel. Towels is always been changed every day.
Nightlife Tip : Along Patong street, many varieties on good, souvenir, good restaurant and cheap for European and USA tourist a bit expensive for ASEAN tourist. A lot of pubs cheap price on all drinks...thats all i guess so for those who wish to have a good night life this are the place to chilled out and relax....

Even smoking room didn't have stinky smoky smell. Every staff is very kind and smiling, cooperative.
We are very satisfied staying the hotel.
