Under Construction : Khaolak Sunset Resort will be constructing a new two-storey building to house 14 Deluxe Seafacing rooms. The site is beside the Superior Building, and thus the third and fourth floors of the Superior building will be closed at this time.
Validity : 7 May - 15 Oct, 2008Renovation : Construction will take place about ten meters from the Superior building from May 7 until October 15, 2008. The Deluxe building is about 50 meterse from the site and there will be no visual disturbance to the Deluxe rooms. All facilities will be functional as usual. Construction will take place daily from 8 am to 5 pm.Construction will take place ten meters from the Superior building from May 7 until October 15, 2008. Work will be done from 8 am to 5 pm daily, with one day off every two weeks. All facilities will be open for service as usual.Renovation :
1. Due to construction close to the Superior building, the building will be closed from May 7 to October 15, 2008.
2. All past and future bookings during this period will be charged at the price of Superior room, but guests will be upgraded to Deluxe room.
3. The Deluxe building is about 50 meters from the construction site and there will be no visual disturbance from this building.
4. All facilities will be open for service as usual.
5. Machinery and tools, such as backhoes, concrete mixers, hammers and metal cutters, will be used.
6. 25 workers will be involved and work will take place daily from 8 am to 5 pm. There will be one day off every two weeks.
7. Guests may experience some noise disturbance during this time.
