its a shame there is no sea view, and some of these rooms could really do with a paint job, otherwise very good location for a reasonable price.

Although it is a budget hotel, the room decoration as well as the cleanliness of the room is superb. The only weak point is that there are no towels in the room, but when requested through housekeepers, they responded and sent one to the room in a very short period of time. Generally from quality of products to service, it is satisfactory for a budget hotel. The only improvement needed is that the hotel should have at least one staff who can communicate in English for emergency purposes since most of the hotel guests are foreigners. But I am glad to have booked this hotel as part of my holiday plan. Will make it as my next Pattaya visit accommodation.

overall this hotel was good value for money. it was only a 10 minute walk to the main nightclub area and served a nice buffet breakfast. the facilities were lacking a bit like wall plugs and decent air conditioning. the hotel was located in a quiet area only 2 mins walk from the beach and was close to good shops and restaurants. would recommend this hotel for a cheap stay to enjoy the rest of pattaya
