This is a great all round hotel, more of a boutique than a hotel,
the design of the chalets are perfect, the bed and the bathroom along with the very large box window seat are very impressive.
The staff were very warm and friendly and especially to our children,
the gardens etc. are all kept neat and presentable.
The views from the restaurant are lovely,
I'd have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone.
There were couples here and like us, families.
Exceptional value.. The beds are the 'real mccoy' not what I'd expect to find in Thailand, more like Europe. Proper linen sheets and quilts and big pillows [6 to a bed].
Staff extremely friendly and helpful, [we have 2 children under 4].
Very good menu & a good buffet breakfast to start your day. Very nice pool and great quiet location.
Building a hotel at present but not off putting.

we stayed in a deluxe bungalow and enjoyed the bungalow as well as the whole property. It was off season and a very good value. they put good thought to include all the modern comforts you would expect. the only shortfall was shower pressure was weak. we would stay at the bella villa next time in Pai
