The overall impression was ok. Pool area worked well for both adults and the child. The restaurants lacked a good feeling and design and seemed quite dead. First we needed to change the room since the first room was difficult to access with children's trolleys. The second room has a good access and location. It was a bit far from the beach but had a couple of really nice restaurants and a massage place right next door. It didn't have the 5 star luxury that we were looking for, but at the end of the day it fit reasonably well to our needs. The service attitude was good.

- Restaurant Tip : Sawasdee restaurant next to the hotel was very nice! Also we would recommend Feel Goog massage next door as well!

Overall a good family place; however, not in the best of locations.
The swimming pool area was large and in conjunction with the small playground area provided a great play-place for kids.
I didn't find the staff overly helpful.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay hear and will certainly stay here again if visiting Krabi. Easy 10 minute walk into Ao Nang with a plentiful supply of restaurants. The hotel restaurant provided good fairly priced food. The exec bedroom we had was a good size. Comfortable bed and in September happy to say very quiet. The staff were professional, warm and friendly. The manager is a charming lady and runs an efficient businesss, that does not feel like a business to the guests. Very clean, both inside as well as the grounds. Pleasant, comfortable pool area.
Quiet location, comfortable rooms.
Expensive Internet at 200 baht an hour.
