my second visit to this hotel was just as good as the first time. it is a stunningly beautiful and peaceful location that give a sense of tranquility and calm in all aspects. the rooms are quite nice and functional, and the staff helpful and polite.
the proximity to a very nice beach in Ao nang is their best feature , as many other beaches in this area are rocky , muddy and even a bit industrial[such as further up near the Sofitel.
there are some nice small restaurants and massage shops outside the hotel, just a short walk away.
location, facilities, proximity to beach, activities,green setting, good staff. very secure.
food was average and breakfast closes too early.

When we arrived at the hotel we were immediately greeted by friendly staff and the check-in process was the most relaxed I have had at any hotel. The staff were all very fluent in English and extremely helpful and polite. The service in this hotel was exceptional. The two infinity pools are very beautiful with plenty of individual space for relaxing as couples. The spa staff were also exceptional and professional and we thoroughly enjoyed all the treatments provided there. The Malati restaurant and bar was amazing for relaxing and having a drink at sunset and the food in the restaurant was exceptional. If you required something that was not on the menu the waiters were very happy to arrange a special order.
Picturesque layout, great beach, lovely swimming pools and great restaurants.
Not much difference between standard rooms and deluxe rooms for the extra cost. The location of this hotel and all hotels on this stretch of beach are quite far from any touristy areas. The closest place to do some shopping was the Ao Nang beach but was around 20 minutes by taxi.
