find that the hotel is cool, very tropical (nature) feel with pond, trees and plants. the hotel staffs are helpful and the massage people are also very nice. the hotel is at a good location where shops, restaurants, sightseeing agency, massage, laundry service, beach are just outside the hotel. basically have everything outside the hotel. affordable hotel and is worth the money. i will stay there again if i go krabi again.
spacious room, with a balcony, nice bathroom. the hotel also has a swimming pool. breakfast is nice, good service staffs.

When we asked for evening turndown at the reception desk, they accepted to do so, but upon arrival nothing had been done. When we called the reception they told us that after 6 pm there was no housekeeping anymore. Why didn't they tell so in the beginning when we asked. They argued back to us and put the blame on us back that we informed them too late.
