If you want to go to Railay Beach book a ticket with the longtail boats for Phang Na Beach, it's the next one along and much nicer.

At restaurant side personnel has to be educated with at least "commercial smile and kindness". I am living in Thailand for 15 years and have received much more warm welcome.
