I enjoyed my stay at the Imperial Chiang Mai Resort Spa and Sports Club. The rooms while not very new are spacious with comfortable beds and have a bathtub in the bathroom. The olympic swimming pool is very nice and the staff worked hard to keep leaves and debris out. The fitness center has solid weight training equipment but the cardio machines aren't so great. The food options at the hotel are limited
Olympic swimming pool and weight training equipment. Reasonable price and good service.
Limited food options and a bit far from tourist areas. Some of the facilities could use a facelift.
- Restaurant Tip : There is a good thai restaurant which serves some western food (Talek) not to far from the resort. Exit the resort and take a right turn after passing the construction company. A little less than 1km from the resort.

This would probably make a good conference venue.
