A very nice clean hotel with well appointed rooms. The roofside pool was a nice way to relax after trekking and shopping. Gave a good view of Chiang Mai. There is a free shuttle bus to the night market every half hour after 6. Breakfast was good. a wide selection of food. Good value overall.
The pool on the roof was great
No barstaff at the poolside bar (low season)

The staff is friendly and can speak English well if necessary. The pool is beautiful, as is the view from the pool. It is close enough to walk to the night market but far enough away to be out of the fray. Breakfast is excellent. The rooms are well decorated, a good size and clean.

Good clean base of opearation for exploring Chiang Mai though doesn't has many extra factilities...but why would you stay couped up in hotel when all Chiang Mai and environs are there to explore?
- Travel tip : Never book excursions from hotel...try a local travel agency and save big $$$.
