The novotel was a good hotel at a good price. We really felt it was value for money and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay having had a leak in our room they promptly moved us to a superior room for the trouble. Location wasn't central but easy enough to jump on the tuk tuk that goes round the town circuit.
Pool, huge bed we got.
The gym was very poor.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : 1 Day Elephant Mahoot Course was fantastic.

i receive very warm welcome and excellent service from the staffs here. They are very well trained and helpful. Hotel just next to Tops Supermarket. You can grasp something very easy. But it's quite distance to town centre and the hotel is quite old but up to Novotel standard. Very good value for money. Next trip i will come again to Novotel Chiangmai.
- Excellent service. I can check in since 10 o'clock.
- Staffs are well trained. All staffs greeting me with my name.
- Big room with all novotel standard.
- Value for money.
- The hotel quite old.
- Due to hotel has only 5 storey. There is not much view from your room.
