This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and although the location of the hotel is out of town, it is only a 150bt taxi to most places. Likes the setting and the layout of the hotel and the water features create a tranquil ambience but I did expect it to be quieter. The highway is very closeby and busy. The restaurant has a big problem with insects due to the open plan, reception staff very helpful and the transfer service is good, I will stay here again.
Relaxing. Good rooms and facilities.
Only exchanges American dollars not sterling.
Restaurant staff do not speak adequate English to understand orders easily. On 3 occasions got the order wrong.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Close to the natural beauty attractions and if you use the web there are excellent dining facilities close by without going into the city.

It is a best hotel during my Thailand trip! I will stay here again when I return to Chiang Mai.
