Clean and nice hotel. The staff was very friendly. I forgot 500 bath in my jeans when sending my clothes for laundry, and they came back with the money. Food is good, and the pools are great. The hotel is also close to many European restaurants. The rooms are big, and there was a great view from my balcony. I can really recommend this to everyone. Also a good hotel for children.
Very nice staff, good location.
I found no clear weaknesses of this hotel.

Hotel is close to the beach, but the sea water was smelly. It is a cosy, typical vacation hotel. Unfortunately the pool was in renovation, otherwise it would be a nice place to stay for max. 2 days.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There's not much to do in Cha-am. We were there to cover a long auto route from Bangkok to Koh Chang. One night is ok.

- Restaurant Tip : There are a lot of seafood restaurants around the pier. From hotel, turn left to the junction turn right go straight to the end.
