The Swiss Park Hotel is hidden in a small lane without luxurious lobby, which made it not so attractive at first sight. However, the staff was quite friendly, the room fee is cheap, breakfast is ok, and it does have a swimming pool. Although some of the facilities were old, I would like to stay in this hotel during my next visit.
Near nana station, convenient for sky train,
friendly service.
Some facilities were a little bit old.

A good, reasonably priced hotel with the main features which I require...a good mattress, quiet, shower and bath, clean rooms. The breakfast was plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. I will tell my friends about this hotel. A good position for seeing Bangkok with the sky train nearby and gardens near enough for those who like walking.
Quiet. Near to sky train.
The bath side was rather high and not so easy to get into.

Very disappointed with standard of Hotel,it was dirty,particularly the bathroom where the shower was a disgrace and would not work properly.Maid only visited once in 3 night stay to change towels and empty bins.Breakfast was chaotic with not enough staff to help and not enough tables for a Hotel of this size.
I complained but nothing was done to improve my stay there.Needless to say I will never return to this Hotel again and will warn my many friends in Thailand not to stay also.

Price to high for this Hotel.Cleanliness very poor,needs major overhaul throughout.Dining room not big enough,no bar.
