The daily changing roasts from the trolley, carved to your order, include Rack of Australian Lamb, Double Chicken Breast, and old Fashioned Roast Pork Neck. D'Sens
Jacques and Laurent Pourcel have been awarded two stars on the Michelin guide for their famous restaurant "Le Jardin des Sens" in Montpellier, France. In association with The Dusit Thani, they now present some of their exquisite dishes to gourmet visitors. They offer superb business set luncheons and D'Sens dinner set menus as well as "A la Carte" selections.
The Pavilion
