Generally OK but not great. I stayed just one night. Room is quite small, but OK for my needs, and clean. TV only had green as colour and I could only access channels up to no.9! Closet light would not turn out but was not too annoying since it was around a corner from the bed. Breakfast is OK, but

The room was not ready upon check-in. I reserved it with extra bed (with extra charge) but the receptionist still asked me that I wanted the extra bed or not. Some receptionists did not intentively take care of customers. Facility was not fully available; I needed to asked the room services for

We enjoyed our stay at the Elizabeth Hotel, the rooms were very nice and the staff were very polite and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The Elizabeth Hotel was recommended to us by a cousin who has stayed there many times. I would stay there again and recommend it to my friends.
