It was our second stay at the Ritz that week. A very good hotel and the Marina Bay rooms offered fantastic views. Unfortunately for smokers, there were no place to light up except a small area next to the pool and outside the lounge. I enjoy good malt and port with fine cigars but not here.

We received the highest possible level of service at the Ritz-carlton from the moment we arrived. Our room was wonderful, service at the club level was superb and food and beverages at other hotel outlets were also excellent. I would imagine that this would be the best hotel currently in Singapore. Overall a very memorable hotel stay and excellent value for money. Would not hesitate to return to this hotel when in Singapore next time.

Wonderful hotel with great service! All staff were attentive and professional. The club serves great breakfast! Great value. Will definitely return!!

Excellent hotel. Wonderful view from Marina Bay rooms. Club services very good, staff are very polite & helpful. Food at the Snapper`s restaurant outstanding. The bathroom is very romantic with natural light & beautiful view. Bar & lounge is not up to Ritz`s standards.
