I love the hotel. Staff (front desk/bell boy/concierge/restaurant) are very friendly, helpful and professional. The room is very clean, tidy and comfortable. Felt like jumping into bed right away! Buffet breakfast in Global Kitchen is good. Nice variety. There are always taxis in front of the hotel. So you wont have problems getting one even during peak hours. The hotel is very conveniently located for shopping - it is linked to Marina Square (and Suntec City). Will definitely stay there again.

The room was good and well maintained. Location was superb, a walking distance to Suntec City and Marina Square. Esplenade was just behind of the hotel. Shenton Way was very close too.
