The quality of the room was not satisfactory and not value for money. The reception staff were not warm and friendly.

Orchard Parade is conviniently located at the west end of Orchard road--about 5 minutes walk from Orchard MRT station; however, this is probably the only positive point about this hotel. Rooms and the interior is rather worn out. Worse, I found a plastic container with something like stale porridge and half-eaten apple in the fridge. I discoverd this on the second day of my stay and it was there until the end of my stay despite several phone calls to reception.

Forget the exectuive floor, just not worth the extra. I would not recommend this as a business location. The problems I had keeping in touch with my office and customers almost casued me to move to another property, which I would have done had my stay been longer.

The hotel moved us into a better room when they found our aircon was not functioning well. Very good of them.
