We were quite happy with the service and the location of the hotel. Good choice of the breakfast buffet. Our room has a nice view over the Singapore River. However, the bathroom needed to be renovated. We had a standard room.

This hotel improves each time I visit. The Bell Captain is the most knowledgable man in Singapore and his advice will always save you money.

Our party of 4 enjoyed a 2 night stay and were pleased with the welcome from a caring and friendly staff. We will be pleased to return as the standard was very good. Breakfast was supplied and again staff were attentive and the standard was very good. Rooms were clean and serviced to a fine standard.

Located within walking distance of China Town, the hotel provides all the basic amenities you would expect from a 3 star hotel. The hotel also happily holds luggage after check-out, and provides a shower area to freshen up before your flight.

The front counter staff were excellent.The Bell Captains staff have more knowledge of Singapore than anyone I have requested information from.The rooms have just been renovated and are in excellent condition.Well worth a visit.

We stayed at the Hotel Miramar for 4 nights and would rank our stay overall as very satisfactory. The personal service offered to us was of a very high level overall. The only negative was the bed spread and blanket in our room both of which had reached their use-by date. The hotel was reasonably well positioned as far as we were concerned and taxis called regularly at the hotel. We will use the Miramar again.

Rooms are comfortable and service was very good. Unfortunately the restuarant opens onto the foyer and guests walk through the restuarant to get to lifts to rooms. This meant the foyer always had strong cooking and food smells. Laundry service exhorbitant but fortunatley the `Washy Washy` serviced laundry is just up the road $9.00 per load washed, dried and folded. It is located on Havelock Road and is surrounded by other hotels so there are plenty of other restuarants to eat at.

Concierge very knowledgeable. SGD10 for 30 mins internet time a bit stiff when there are hundreds available for free at Changi Airport. Room quite comfortable and price affordable
