The hotel had good services and acceptable rooms. It was very clean. Breakfast was good. Overall, it was satisfactory.

Nice little hotel. Good location and good value. Furniture in the rooms are very new and there is a rooftop swimming pool. Stayed there more than 4 times. Room a bit small, but why complain? Just for sleeping!

My stay at Fragrance Selegie was during Jan 07. I booked a family room thinking the size of the room would be bigger but for one person. However, my disappointement is that the room is no bigger than a closet with one queen and one single bed all cramped into the same space as a standard room. The location is not too bad though I must say that the Reception staff could be more friendly and guest orientated. My only compliment for this hotel is the great restaurant staff who are always polite and smiling, unlike the younger ones at the reception who have an attitude. I`ve stayed at another Fragrance hotel and had a bigger room, though it was not so centrally located, with far friendlier front desk staff and nearly half the price. I even saw one guest having to carry an ironing board to her room by herself!

Front counter staff generally ill informed regarding road directions to places of interest. Rooms are extremely small though the hotel provides good breakfast. Bus stop located right at the front of hotel making it difficult for taxis to pick up or drop off passengers.

On our stay, we went to the Cafe for breakfast at 10 o`clock (breakfast served from 07.00-10.30). We were only served coffee and bread and it seemed like all the staff were prepared to clean up and no one asked us about whether we wanted breakfast. They were so unpolite.

Hotel location was good and relatively close to the city area and MRT Dhoby Ghaut station.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room is on the small side and toilet is also very small.
Toilet floor gets wet as there is no seperate shower area.
Blankets were a little thin and it gets pretty cold with the air condition switched on.

Good location, walking distance to Bugis MRT or Little India MRT. Neat rooms and showerroom, but very, very small. Small restaurant, so queue to get the decent breakfast. Rooftop swimming pool. Nice staff. Guests no problem.

The room (especially bathroom) was small as expected. The bed might be too small if you are 6 ft. Still, the room was extremely clean and good enough for myself. Too small for 2 people, though. Everyone was very polite and helpful. MRT is only a few minutes walk from the station and there were lots of good Chinese/Indian restaurants/stalls nearby. Convenience store is right next to the hotel.
