It is good value for money. Even at 1 a.m. cab from airport was only S$ 21. And easy to find. The subway station is less than 10 minutes walk and very easy to find with hotels card map. There are lots of prostitutes in the area, but a no thanks is all it takes to be left alone. Noise was not a problem at all, actually very quite. Staff was helpful without being over bearing. There is no name brand food in the area, you have to eat local or take the train in to town. I did eat local, it was cheap, delicious, and really appeared to be sanitary. I'd really recomend this hotel if you are looking to sleep and not spend a lot, it's real good value for money.
Location not far form airport. Price is good for Singapore. Clean.
As mentioned by many in a red light district. Also nothing but local food close by.

I have stayed here before about 3 times and this time i clearly saw a improvement in the service and cleanliness. The rates are still competitive and the near by food stalls are a another plus point for this. This area is not recommended for family stay as it is in a red light area. ideal for a business traveller. Closer to Al-Junaid MRT.

I'll tell it simple. Singapore is an expensive city so if you are not willing to pay at least double what this hotel charges, just don't go. Maybe it's good for someone who "really" needs to go there in a thight budget. Anyone else: find a better place to stay. You get what you pay for. This hotel charges about what you pay for four beers in a nice restaurant so don´t expect much.
Close to many restaurants and convinience stores.
Room too small, bed very uncomfortable.
- Restaurant Tip : The Chinese restaurants around the corner are really good.
