"Great staff outweighed problems with the lifts"

"Looks can be deceiving..."

Reviewed by : Grantley Mugford - March 18 , 2007 It looks nice enough as you walk in, but I found it quite lacking in detail compared to other hotels - such as no safe in the rooms. Carpets were in a reasonable state of disrepair and unclean; mouldy bathrooms; elevators were slow and at times unreliable. The buffet breakfast was very nice.
