Hotel was good, staff accommodating and the environment was friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable, although there was no non-smoking room available to my request.
One negative point is the absence of any Arabic stations on the hotel TV. I did bring this to the attention of hotel management

The card key did not work, elevator did not work properly but it is okay for price and location.

We stayed 3 nights in lower floor room with individual aircon - excellent. I could not take the hotel breakfast if I stayed longer so next time I will not opt for breakfast in my booking. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.
