We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. No complaints about anything at all. Rooms were made up promptly every day and staff were very friendly and helpful. A very good value for money stay in a fantastic location, right in the middle of great shopping, two monorail stations and close to a train station. This is all you really need for a great stay in KL.

We found the hotel perfectly acceptable and great value. If you were fussy I guess you could say the rooms could use a bit of an upgrade but we don't travel to spend all our time in a hotel room!!
- Travel tip : Depending on which way you want to go on the monorail, it's cheaper to choose between Imbi and Bukit Bintang stations to get on and off. Hotel is equally close to both. Make sure you eat at the hawker stalls at Jalan Alor (next street over). Go across the road & up the street for internet access at RM3 per hour. Also a must see is the Chow Kit Market where the locals shop for their food. Go right, exiting from Chow Kit monorail station and head back along main road, market is on the left. Cheap shopping in Chow Kit too.

Staff were very helpful. The hotel and it's rooms were very clean. The hotel is situated in a perfect position within the center.
Perfect location, very comfortable rooms and room service were quick.

If you are looking for a downtown, modern hotel, the Royle Bintang should suit. Staff are helpful. The breakfast choice is extensive. We would have preferred if the concierge was less interested in selling tourist trips and more interested in just providing helpful information.
It's in a convenient location and is moderately priced.
It's just another high rise hotel with little distinctive character.
