Check-in was fast. Rooms were as expected. Pool was OK, but rather small. Gym had a few types of equipment that we enjoyed using. Staff were friendly.

Great location. Good breakfast.

Needed a Taxi for 5 people to KLIA - Taxi Desk offered a MPV for RM250. I managed to organise one elsewhere for RM150 - beware!

A bit of walking required to get to the LRT stations and shopping centres. Though the room looks refurbished, faulty light knobs were not repaired, and towels look old. There was also a stain on the quilt that was not cleaned (under the covers). Breakfast was mediocre, skipped their breakfasts for two days
