The access from the airport was great. There is no need for a taxi. Using the ELR was easy and convenient from the airport, and a porter from the train escorted my bags all the way to the lobby. For business travelers, this is a wonderful feature to avoid any traffic issues from the airport. For the casual tourists, the concierge provided some great insights and tours into the city and beyond for a reasonable price. An overall good experience.

--Room is smaller than other Premier rooms in the city for the price.
--No free Internet access like other hotels of its caliber in the city.

Well-situated right at KL Sentral where the city's main central station is, this is an easily accessible location, therefore makes an ideal stay for business travelers, giving little to no difficulties with transit using the city's various railways, taxis, and airport train (KLIA Express). The hotel and rooms are reasonably well furnished with modern equipments. It accommodates many business travelers for its proximity to the KL Sentral commercial "hot spot". As it's known and accessible by most local residents, it also makes a good meet-up point. If you fancy a calmer ambience for business and semi-formal meetings over a glass of wine or a cup of coffee, the cafe at the lobby would be perfect. If you're food-adventurous, the hotel restaurant doesn't offer you many options. But you can always walk towards the other building to get a nice 5-star diner just steps away. There are also plenty restaurants and shops close to the station.
