I will not choose this hotel again. I pay 65 USD per night and you can get much better hotel standard in KL for that money. But if you are looking for an apartment and stay long time, maybe this is Ok. I missed the hotel feeling and the smile and service from the staff.
Semi large apartment but nothing special. Have 2 TVs, have good water power, no noise in house.
Check in take 30 min, check out take 30 min.
Swimming pool is not fun.
- Nightlife Tip : Beach Club.

Its the perfect type of holiday/business residence for most types of travellers...especially those who like independence and freedom to do your own thing like cooking and relaxing in a real living area.
The homely feeling and the independence of staying in an apartment-hotel, instead of a hotel room.
The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms are hard to beat.
The genuine friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and treat each guest as an individual. Hotel staff in many Hong Kong hotels could learn a few vital lessons in hospitality from their counterparts in Maylasia.
Apartment windows are a death trap!!!!! and a serious hazard for guests with young children who like to explore. The hotel MUST consider installing window restrictors....in most EU countries, this would be a legal requirement.
Noise from street traffic can be a nuisance when you want to sleep....unless you are staying in rooms on the higher floors.
- Hotel Feature Tip : The Lanson is not within walking distance of central area, but no less than 10 mins taxi ride away. Many taxis on main road, plus metro station within 10 mins walk from the Lanson.
It is an ideal holiday/business place to stay if you cherish independence, well equipped and comfortable accommodation, with professional staff who do not intrude, but are available and ready to help when needed. It feels like a home from home, a comfort and relaxation place.

I only stayed for a night, but the feeling of getting back to the room feels like going home. Very cosy furniture arrangement and complete set of kitchen utensils.
Clean, near to city center, value buy!
Slow check-in process, reception did not offer information on parking accessibility.
Parking area too dark and lack of clear signals.
- Shopping Tip : Hotel location is very near to few shopping malls i.e. Suria KLCC, Pavilion, Sg Wang, Lot10. A cabby will take around RM3-4 to bring you to these destinations. And don't forget about the center for techie gadgets at Low Yatt Plaza which is just next to Sg Wang!
