Overall a pleasant stay, breakfast is good and walking distance to KLCC.
Cleanliness of hotel room isn't that fantastic, you can see a layer of dirt on the curtain as if the room has been vacant for months. The internet connection in the room left much to be desire, I've to leave my laptop on through the night to download my e-mails from the day before.
Service is fine for the front desk but the response from their house keeping is totally the opposite. Takes them 15mins to send my request. Will probably recommend for Singles and couples, not for business travellers unless you are fine with the snail speed of their internet.

The Impiana KLCC Hotel & Spa, is my favourite hotel of Kuala Lumpur. It is a very good value for money hotel. You are staying in the golden triangle of Kuala Lumpur, overlooking the Twin Towers and The KL Convention Center, for a very reasonnable price. If you are used to the 5 star hotels, you might be slitghly disappointed sometimes, but if you are not you will feel like being in a 5 star hotel!

Impiana KLCC Hotel and Spa is situated right opposite the Twin towers, in the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur. This is probably the best value for money hotel in the area. You get the service of a five star hotel for the price of a three star. the staff is very competent and efficient, specially the concierge team.
