Hotel Maya's reviews across the site gave me a good expression about the hotel. Hence upon arrival at the hotel delights me with the hotel's structure designs. The best would be the hydrotherapy swimming pool where I have fun time splashing in! Comfortable studio room gave me the freedom in moving around. Their big bath tub good enough to fill two people at the same time. Standing shower concept with wooden floor is great! Overall, I will recommend others to visit this hotel for an overall delighting stay. I will visit this hotel again.

Front staffs need more training on greeting of customers and information delivery. My experience with the hotel spa was not good as the therapist seemed inexperience and having weak hands upon massaging me.

Good hotel in the good location but need to improve in term of F&B and internet connection.

Good location near KLCC.

Buffet breakfast does not have much variety and the internet connection is not stable.

We absolutely loved this hotel!! The staff were so prompt and friendly. Excellent service, the staff came around to our room giving us waters and we had a butler on each floor so we can call them when ever we want. We got free DVDs to watch and the pool and the gym was really nice. Hydro pool and nice view from the gym. The restaurant was good, we went to the Japanese fusion restaurant. The price was a bit expensive but definitely worth it. I would say they had the best service I was really surprised. Definitely recommend this hotel!!

Good design, cheap price, excellent facilities and great staff.

The location might be a bit far. It's still closer to the KLCC but you have to walk a bit.
