For someone arriving late and leaving early, this is the obvious choice. Value for money, and super convenient as a place to rest your head.
Everything worked, and we were next to the airport. Pool fine. All we needed.

Apart from the experience with the receptionists, the hotel is pretty good. I would recommend this hotel to others. If you do not expect a lot of the staffs, this hotel would be perfect. After all, it is just a transit hotel.

On check in I was told that I didn't have a reservation, despite having to be upgraded (in price) as the lower range rooms were no longer available. The night manager treated me with contempt and the whole ball of yarn unwound because I couldn't find the printout of the booking voucher. I had about 20 different vouchers for flights, rooms and tours for the week's holiday I was taking in Northern Thailand. As this was at 1 am I left and went to a hotel that had a room and a little repect. Would never stay at this hotel again even if they gave me the room!
- Hotel Feature Tip : Bring a laptop. Only one of the house computers works. Ring outside taxis to come to you. The in-house tour desk is a rip off.
