The hotel is a good mid-range property that has its positives: Quiet, comfortable, clean, right on the beach, close to the airport and to town, with decent facilities - 2 nice pools, one for kids, that are surrounded by palm trees and facing the ocean.
However, the service is not particularly good. The front office staff were not very knowledgeable, didn't speak very good English, and were not very friendly. The building itself is a little dated with some signs of wear & tear, but nothing excessive.
Overall, a good choice for a mid-range hotel.

The Jayakarta Lombok Beach Resort is placed just on the beach, with lots of beautiful palm trees in front of the ocean - it can't be any better.
The swimming pool is just wounderful, it is so big and it is clean and you can enjoy yourself with different games. The hotel is nice and the hotel a littel bit away from the small town.
