Overall, I'm still very satisfied with this hotel. Nice interior/exterior decor with good security at main gate.
Location accessibility is good, like the hotel's interior and clean room.
However, my suggestion is hotel management has to trim down trees available at hotel's surroundings. Too compact which caused less light to walkway and room during daytime.

We choose the puri santrian club rooms because we have been here before when it was still knew. The place now lacks the warmheartedness it had before! Pools have not been scrubbed in years, and the water has not been changed equally! Staff though friendly is disinterested, sometimes a table in the restaurant is serviced by ten different people! The reason for that is probably the management policy is to pay by just signing, so tipping is not common. None the less it is a nice place, however the rate is high and not always worth it

staff although friendly not always helpful, bored (?), plants in garden infested with fungus (all!) and the only thing is poison is sprayed! Have been to the hotel four years ago, seems nothing has been mantained since, pool deffinitly has not been scrubbed, water was never changed, smelly, now showers at the pool, fatty film on water surface, no drinks or food served at pool ( club pool) only when pleading very hard, strickt one towel pollicy

We arrived in the hotel early and even if it was before the check in time people was very nice.we enjoyed the gardens and the swimming pool.Our children were in paradise.The view is really nice from the garden to the sea and the two swimming pools are very nice,one is more quiet ,the other bigger,and nicer view.The restaurant is good people very professional.We enjoy our stay very much even two days.
