1st day check-in, we were welcome by a courteous receptionist by the name of AYu and we were served welcome drinks. rooms were spacious and clean. impressed with the hotel pristine and exclusive beach in a quiet and relaxing environment. we felt safe staying in the hotel as security was tight to get into the hotel compound. service was good, and only took the house keeping personnels a few minutes to deliver things we requested.

• Restaurant Tip : The local restaurants around the hotel are both excellent and affordable (cheaper than at the hotel). Take a few minute walk and try them.

This is a very good size resort with lots of activities for both children and adults and has a friendly atmosphere. The resorts food prices are a bit high but if you go to the nearby restaurants you will find cheaper and tasty alternatives. There is a small market just round the corner otherwise and there is a shuttle bus to Bali Collection.

Good location with a very nice beach just in front of the resort. Nice personnel. Nice rooms.

They change bed linen every day but floors and such where not particular clean. The cock roach under the TV remained there the whole week.

• Restaurant Tip : Kendi Kuning is a very nice restaurant just beside Melia Menoa with grilled fish and many other dishes.
