Friendly staff, great pool and access to the beach and surrounding facilities. Rooms were always serviced to a high standard. Parts of the hotel do need renovation although it was tolerable and renovations had commenced to the ground floor. Very nice place to stay and location is just perfect. The only down point of the stay was we organized for the hotel to pick us up from the airport and no one turned up. However we organized a taxi and a much cheaper rate.
Location! Located on the beach and close to all facilities only a 5 min walk to markets, shopping, food and night spots.
Bathrooms of rooms located on level 2 and 3 were very dated and in need of renovation.
- Hotel Feature Tip : In order to get a good spot by the pool you need to collect your towels and place them on a chair before 9am.

We arrived at the hotel quite late, 11pm. We were greeted warmly by the reception guy and he knew us by our names (which we were quite surprise, a pleasant surprise). Check-in was fast as it was quite late and we were tired from the flight earlier. Our room was upgraded to a suite. Selection for the buffet breakfast was okay, not too bad. Hotel is very conveniently located in Kuta.
Kuta beach is just 1 min walk away from hotel. Very near to convenient stores and McDonald (3 mins walk). Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and also to Legian street.
The deco of the room is a bit old fashion and the bathroom is not too spacious for a suite room.
- Restaurant Tip : Try out this burger stall at Legian street called Flame Burger. It's situated in the front part of the open car park near Surfer Girl's shop. Operating hours: 9pm onwards till late.

The location is outstanding & the service staff friendly. During our stay at the Inna Kuta Hotel, we made 3 requests for the 2 single beds to be pulled together to make 1 double bed. This was never done until we cornered the maid & asked her to do it while she was making up the room. The breakfast is adequate but somewhat limited in selection. The wireless internet is a joke.

2 - Breakfast very limited.
3 - Wireless internet signal too weak to access from lobby & rooms.
