Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Swimming Pools were all clean and well maintained. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Disappointed with the lack of night-time entertainment.
Our room was clean and cool with a comfortable bed. Room service was fast and reliable.
Some maintenance issues had not been addressed. The resort is in need of some repair.
- Shopping Tip : All vendors asked way above the value for all goods. Always offer only what you are prepared to pay. Usually 25% of what they ask.

We arrived late at night - but check in service was quick and efficient. The first room they booked us into was extremely noisy - so they immediately moved us to another room which was lovely and quiet. We stayed 14 nights. The rooms are old and desperately needs updating. There is a very damp smell in all the rooms. That aside it is comfortable and the location can't be beat. If you are not young or you just don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of Kuta this is the place for you. There are three pool areas - the advertised putt putt no longer exists they are mid way through building an elaborate wedding chapel right on the beach. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would book again and recommend the hotel.

I would love to stay at this hotel again, but only after they have had time to finish their rennovations etc
The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.
The setting was trully pretty
The price was excellent
The food was very good value for money, served quickly and nicely presented
The first room stank, the aircon didn't work properly and the room itself was in very serious need of upgrade. We asked to be shown another room, this wa better but again the aircon was not working properly and the room was very hot.
The bed that I slept in had not been properly cleaned and the smell wa absolutely disgusting. The bed was changed after I called.
The facilities advertised on your website are not up to date, there is no tenpin bowling, no putting and many of the other drawcards were no there.
This is a hotel that has been an amazing place, but it looks as if times are hard at the moment.
