"Speedy Check In"

The hotel offered a very speedy check-in & check-out, which I was grateful for. The room was a single but ample size. New bathroom, but just shower only, though for some reason the cold water just trickled out of the basin tap. THough they didn`t have my non smoking room they rushed up & fumigated it prior to my arrival & no adverse smells abounded. The hotel is well situated in front of the Macau ferry, though I inadvertantly got the other ferry from Macau & landed up on HK Island! Plenty of entertainment & eateries nearby & the Jade night market is a short 15min walk also. I would be happy to stay there again.

The hotel is nice but there were no complimentary water bottles available in the rooms. We had to ask for complimentary tea and coffee packets. The service is slow, though overall the stay was satisfactory and the information/pictures provided on the internet were correct.

The hotel rooms are small, but the location is perfect if you want to take the ferry to/from Macau.

Hotel location is convenient for shopper and near MTR. The room size is suitable for two persons, but there is bad smell from shower curtain. We ask housekeeping to change it and spray the room with air refreshener. The overall rate is fair for hotel room and staff

It`s kind of hard to find your way around at this hotel. There`s one entrance on Canton Road that`s easy to find, but you can`t check in there, you have to go to the "other" front desk, which is off the main road. The phone suddenly stopped working in my room and mysteriously started working again a few hours later. There`s a safe in the room, but you have to go back downstairs to the desk to get the lock and key. All this stuff was annoying after a 17 hour flight from Washington DC. The business center is also very expensive. I`d try and find a cafe for internet access. On the plus side, the location is great with Kowloon Park and more shopping than you can imagine of within easy walking distance. I`ll probably stay in this area again, but not at this hotel.

The place is almost perfect, tucked on the heart of Canton road in Tsim Sha Tsui. Just walking distance from premier shopping spots: Harbour Centre and The Gateway. It is a long walk from the MTR subway station. Expect around 10-min walk from the nearest station. The hotel room (De Luxe) is reasonable, but I was disappointed because it is really small. It is much smaller than what I`ve expected it to be from what it appears on the website. We are only two, but we are really cramped in that small room. Nevertheless, housekeeping is good and they regularly clean our room.

Good location. Rooms in the hotel wing are dank, small, smelly, stuffy and not clean. So bad that we immediately upgraded to tower wing at considerable expense. Better rooms but beds and pillows very hard and uncomfortable. Reception staff inconsiderate - called our rooms late at night (11pm) to query a currency exchange.

Despite the room size being somewhat smaller than we would have liked (as with most Hong Kong hotels), this was a great hotel to stay at! The restaurant was excellent and not over expensive - and all meals, whether breakfast or dinner was superbly presented - and tasted very good!Conveniently located for tourists who want to get around in Hong Kong.

Good location right in shopping areas. Not my first staying over in Royal Pacific. This time i happen to need cotton buds. It`s not provided until i request. This put me off a bit. Overall i`m satisfied.

A nice hotel within walking distance to Star Ferry and Tsimshatsui MTR station. The room is not really big but is cozy and comfortable. It is an extremely convenient hotel especially if you are coming to Hong Kong from Macau, it is located where the China Ferry terminal is.
